Anthem Golf & Country Club is one of only a few private country club communities in Arizona with the distinction of two 18-hole championship courses.

Anthem's first 18-hole championship course, designed by Greg Nash and Associates, opened December '99 to rave reviews. This par-72 course measures 7,219 yards from the back tees and 5,267 yards from the forward boxes and carries an Arizona Golf Association preliminary course rating of 74.5 with a slope of 139 from the back tees. The design combines dramatic elevation changes, deep canyon washes and holes that hug the edges of Daisy Mountain resulting in an unforgettable golf experience filled with enchanting vistas of the high Sonoran Desert. The second course, also designed by Greg Nash and Associates, will be completed around Thanksgiving 2003.
