Coyote Lakes in Surprise is an enormously pleasant surprise for all first-time visitors. The Arthur Jack Snyder design provides exceptionally well maintained links-style fairways and greens set among wild desert dunes and various lakes. The course is also home to a abundance of native Arizona wildlife, including quail, rabbits, and the course namesake, the coyote. Golfers who talk softly but carry the big stick will relish the challenge of the par-5 sixth where guts and control are required to reach it in two. Coyote Lakes is one of the best-kept golfing secrets in the Phoenix area and is a "must play" with affordable year-round rates. An American Golf facility.
